RAGBRAI AND SPOKIZ:

This year when Ragbrai rolled into town we were ready with a big surprise for all the riders. Young Vision Care had our good friend and creator of Spokiz active wear James Hermsen, as well as our prepaired staff ready to show the crowd something most of them had never seen before.

Each pair of Spokiz are made with bike spokes and a monofilament cord that creates an unbreakable hingeless assembly.The cord shapes itself comfortably to your head, maximizing comfort and eliminating pressure.The band is adjustable and stops the glasses from falling off or sliding down a person's nose.These are perfect for action sports.

Kiwanis Pancake Man:

Sunday morning when all the bikers woke up for Ragbrai they had the option of stopping off in Silver City for a nice warm filling pancake and sausage breakfast. And thousands of riders did just that!

All the riders were pretty impressed by how many pancakes could be made at one time! 

Who can argue with a nice hot breakfast before the long ride to Atlantic!
