All of the above plans can be used for all your eye care and eyewear needs, including eyeglasses, contact lenses, routine office visits and medical office visits.

Insurance

Our office participates with VSP, Medicare, Medicaid, Railroad Medicare, Tricare, Hawk-I, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Coventry, Bankers Life. We are a Vision Care Direct provider.

If we do not participate in your vision plan, your exam may be covered by medical insurance. Many medical insurances offer one "routine" eye exam yearly. If your insurance does not offer this, if you have any potential medical concerns such as headaches, eye dryness, eye itching, or eye tiredness, your medical insurance can be billed.
